What started as a home party in a Bangkok condo became a movement. DHT introduced Thailand's first Coffee Rave, turning a Porsche exhibition gallery into a daytime dance floor that went viral. Ice bath parties on the 48th floor of a Bangkok skyscraper fused cold plunge therapy with four-hour DJ sets. Rooftop takeovers at venues across Sukhumvit, Silom, and the Chao Phraya skyline proved that Bangkok's appetite for deeper, more intentional sound was massively underserved.
Events Across Bangkok and Thailand
DHT events have taken over some of Bangkok's most iconic spaces. SIN Rooftop hosted the Skyline Sessions, where Makasi headlined a sold-out 100-guest rooftop session against the city skyline. Baccarat Bangkok became the venue for Songkran lobby takeovers. The Porsche gallery at Curvistan gave birth to the Coffee Rave concept, now one of Bangkok's most talked-about daytime events, where 150 people danced among supercars to deep melodic beats. Spectrum hosted the rooftop takeover that literally created the Deep House Thailand page, with guests including Travis Leon (Thailand's number one influencer) and Min Rattawan (Netflix actress). Mustache Bangkok hosted The Jungle club takeover. Most recently, 24 BLVD became the stage for an open-air Songkran street party. The movement has consistently attracted Thailand's top influencers and content creators, from Sam Zack Tyler at the very first Christmas home party to major names at every event since.
The DJs Behind the Sound
The DHT roster features a curated family of DJs who define the scene. BYAS, the Belgian-born founder, bridges European deep house sensibilities with Bangkok's energy. Cameron Glasgow, a Belfast-born Rave Residence alumnus backed by Diplo and The Chainsmokers, brings melodic and organic house. Dennis Gold, a Croatian multi-platinum producer with over 20 million YouTube streams, adds afro house and oriental grooves. Berry, who pioneered the electronic music scene in Myanmar, rounds out the international roster. Together, they represent the diversity and depth of house music in Southeast Asia.
Curated Playlists
Beyond events, Deep House Thailand curates two Spotify playlists that define the sonic identity of the Thai house scene. The Deep House Thailand playlist features the core melodic selection: warm basslines, soulful vocals, and atmospheric pads from both international artists and Bangkok-based producers. The Afro House Thailand playlist is the region's go-to collection for tribal rhythms, afro deep, and percussion-driven grooves. Both playlists are updated weekly and have a combined reach of over two million streams.
Whether you are looking for the best deep house events in Bangkok, underground afro house parties in Thailand, or a community of music-first people who believe the party should leave you better than it found you, this is where you start.
